great comfort but some food issues

The comfort of the bed was remarkable, making it easy to unwind each night. the size of the bedroom provided ample space, which I truly appreciated. The restaurant offered a stunning sea view, turning each meal into a visual delight.

The stunning mountain location was breathtaking every day.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several disappointments. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a shower that leaked and a cleanliness issue that left much to be desired. we found that the food lacked variety and authenticity, making dining less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The food was great with plenty of choices, and I loved chilling by the outdoor pool and enjoying the spa services. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be spotty sometimes, but it didn't put a damper on my relaxing stay. 😊

Let me tell you, the food was very nice. I mean, it was like poetry on a plate. The chef, a true culinary genius, created flavors that were lovely, every bite was a revelation, believe me!

I had a lovely week at the Filion hotel, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view that provided tranquility. The food during breakfast and dinner was impressive, with plenty of options, although I missed authentic Cretan dishes. Staff were friendly, especially Maria at the pool bar, always ready to help with a smile. I noticed some inconsistencies with housekeeping. my room wasn’t always cleaned well. I ran into issues with the shuttle bus capacity, which made getting to the beach a bit challenging at times.

The one-bedroom suite provided was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view over the pools and mountains. the buffet meals featured a wide variety of tasty options, including delectable desserts that satisfied any sweet tooth. The staff were polite and welcoming, making an effort to engage in Greek, which created a friendly atmosphere. Shuttle services to the nearby town were convenient for daytime visits.

The initial room allocation was below expectations and led to a delayed start to the stay.

What a lekker time! Got welcomed at midnight with a huge spread, chommie at reception really looked after us. Three pools to chill in and the staff were always keen to help, especially Maria at the bar, bringing us those cold drinks! The views are absolutely stunning, mountain silhouettes at night are a vibe.

Only downside was our room wasn't as fresh as we thought it would be, bit dated and could use a renov.
